【摘要】 目的 探讨模拟病人教学法在神经病学临床实践教学和考核中的应用价值。方法 分别对两组学生采用模拟病人教学法和传统病例讨论法进行实验教学, 并采用模拟病人法对两组学生进行临床能力考核。结果 实验组学生在与病人沟通能力、临床思维能力、团结协作能力、解决问题能力和学习兴趣的满意率均高于对照组, 差异有显著性(P<0.05),临床能力测试中, 实验组的病史采集正确性、体检正确性和辅助检查正确性、诊断及处理正确性的平均得分显著高于对照组(P<0.05), 实验室检查实验组与对照组得分差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论 模拟病人教学法能有效提高学生的临床技能, 并可作为评价学生临床能力的一种方法。

The application of human patient simulator teaching in neurology practice teaching and assessment

【Abstract】 Objective To study the application of simulated patient teaching in practice teaching and assessment of neurology. Methods The two groups of students were taught by simulated patient teaching and discussed cases teaching respectively, and then they were assessed by using simulated patients for clinical skills. Results The ability of communication with patients, clinical thinking, collaboration, problem-solving, interest in learning and satisfaction rate of experimental group students were significantly higher than those of control group (P<0.05). Clinical test of history collection, physical examination, assistant examination, diagnosis, treatment and the average scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of control group (P<0.05). However, there was no significant difference in the average scores of the experimental group as compared with those of control group in laboratory test (P>0.05). Conclusion The result shows that simulated patient teaching is effective in improving students’ clinical skills and it can act as a worthy tool of clinical teaching and assessment. (责任编辑:作业派论文范文网)
